If anything from your install comes loose, ripples or separates, we come back and fix it. Here's exactly what's covered.
Why 2 years and not "lifetime"?
Big companies that advertise lifetime warranties usually pay for them with higher prices up front: you cover the cost of future repairs whether you ever need one or not. I skip that markup and pass the savings to you, and I still stand behind every install for 2 full years.
Covered
- Seams that open or separate
- Ripples or loose carpet from stretching
- Carpet pulling loose at walls or transitions
- Stair carpet coming loose at the nose
- Tack strips poking through on doorways
Not covered
- Wear, crushing or fading of the carpet itself (covered by the manufacturer when applicable)
- Water damage, flooding or leaks
- Pet, furniture or moving damage
- Work done by someone else after install
