What happens to my old carpet?
I take it up and haul it away. It's included in your price. You are welcome to keep any area you'd like upon request.
What if the floor underneath is damaged?
I check what I can at your estimate, but the subfloor is only fully visible once the old carpet comes up. If anything needs attention, I'll show you, explain your options and agree on the fix with you before any work continues.
Can you do it before a move-in?
Yes. Rush scheduling is a flat $100. If an opening cannot be made for you within 3 days, the fee is waived.
